To be a leading Nigerian Polytechnic, excelling in the training of middle and high cadre manpower especially in industrial, scientific, managerial and entrepreneurial skills through creativity and innovation for sustainable development.
Mission
To train middle cadre manpower that will facilitate the industrial development in Cross River State and the country at large by putting together a team of enlightened and committed staff that will motivate students to “think outside the box”.
