*2025\/2026 ADMISSION EXERCISE*<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

This is to inform the general public that the registration of candidates for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) screening for the 2025\/2026 academic session of the Federal Polytechnic, Ugep, Cross River will commence on 14th July,2025 and end on 30th September, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>

AVAILABLE PROGRAMMES

<\/strong>SECTION A: Full Time<\/strong><\/p>

  • ND Computer Engineering<\/li>
  • ND Computer science<\/li>
  • ND Statistics<\/li>
  • ND Architectural Technology<\/li>
  • ND Civil Engineering<\/li>
  • ND Electrical and Electronic Engineering<\/li>
  • ND Library and Information Science<\/li>
  • ND Accountancy<\/li>
  • ND Business Administration<\/li>
  • ND Hospitality and Tourism<\/li>
  • ND Public Administration<\/li><\/ul>

    ELIGIBILITY FOR SCREENING
    <\/strong>Prospective Candidates must meet the following requirements<\/p>

    1. Attain the age of 16 years by 30th<\/sup> September, 2025.<\/li>
    2. Written the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 100 marks and above.<\/li>
    3. Upload his\/her O\u2019Level result to JAMB caps<\/li>
    4. Choose Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River state as his\/her first choice<\/li>
    5. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of two thousand naira (N2000) only to Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State via remittal with GIFMIS CODE 0517018031 or make payment in the Bursary Department of the Institution.<\/li><\/ol>

      In addition, such candidates must have met the Minimum Admission Requirements of five O\u2019Level Credits, including English Language, Mathematics and other departmental requirements for the intended course of study.<\/p>

      Interested candidates who did not make the Institution their first choice can apply on the condition that they change and make Federal Polytechnic, Ugep their first choice via the jamb portal on or before 30th<\/sup> September, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>

      SECTION B: Part-Time <\/strong>We offer part-time courses in NBTE approved programmes stated in section A above.<\/p>

      ELIGIBILITY
      <\/strong>Interested candidates must have met the Minimum Admission Requirements of five O\u2019Level Credits including English Language, Mathematics and other departmental requirements for the intended course of study.<\/p>

      DURATION<\/strong>: Part-Time programmes for National Diploma are for a period of six (6) semesters (three years) in line with the guideline set by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).<\/p>

      \u00a0C: Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme, Full Time<\/strong><\/p>

      Applications are open for admission into full time Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme<\/strong> for the 2025\/2026 Academic session. Interested qualified candidates can visit the institution to obtain the application form at the cost of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000) only.<\/p>

      2. HND Networking and Cloud Computing\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        ELIGIBILITY: <\/strong>Interested candidates must have the following requirements<\/p>

        • Five (5) O\u2019Level credits in relevant subjects<\/li>
        • Completed National Diploma<\/li>
        • Completed one-year compulsory Industrial Training<\/li><\/ul>

          NOTE: Hostel Accommodation is available as well as limited scholarship which will be issued on a first come, first served basis. <\/strong><\/p>
